Training Plans

LTR Coaching

We have teamed up with LTR Coaching to create two training plans, one for the 10km run and one for the half marathon.

We will be running weekly meet ups on the course that will coincide with the training plans, giving you the chance to meet up with others on the same plan.

The 10km Plan

10 weeks, starts with 20 minutes of walk/run.

This is it! The start of your journey to being a 10k runner! The best bit is, you dont need to have run before – all you need is to be willing to give it a try and a bit of dedication. Sign up, download, stick to the plan and in August you will be doing something you may not have thought possible…



The Half Marathon Plan

16 weeks, starts with 45 minute easy run.

So you’ve cracked the 10km, or you’re jumping straight into a half marathon? This is the plan that will help you smash the course in August. The plan starts off easily and increases the distances slowly in a way in which you’ll improve but wont risk over-training injuries.
